Some of my absolutely very best memories from chil Some of my absolutely very best memories from childhood are all centered around Halloween. Dressing up. Candy. Even the time my best friend Jill and I were old enough to trick or treat on our own and got egged by teenagers is still a happy memory. I make effort every year now with young adult children to answer the door dressed up, this year I'll be Helen Roper. To me Halloween is joyful, an opportunity to be playful and filled with light, so wherever this finds you on this Halloween may you find something sweet to eat, something to laugh about, and a bit of joy in your heart.
